McB Rentals Studios – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

   • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance must be paid before your session.

   • Bookings are only confirmed after payment.

2. Cancellations

   • Cancel/reschedule at least 72 hours before your booking to keep your deposit.

   • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of payment.

3. Studio Use

   • Arrive on time; overtime is billed hourly.

   • No smoking, illegal activity, or hazardous materials allowed.

   • Keep food/drinks in designated areas only.

4. Equipment & Property

   • Handle all equipment, props, and furniture with care.

   • Damages will be charged to the client.

5. Cleanliness

   • Leave the studio as you found it. Cleaning fees apply if left untidy.

6. Liability

   • McB Rentals is not responsible for lost items, accidents, or injuries.

   • Clients are responsible for their crew and guests.

7. Compliance

   • Follow all studio rules and local laws.

   • Violations may lead to booking termination without refund.
