1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our online system or by direct confirmation with management.
A minimum of 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins.
Payments can be made via approved payment gateways (e.g., Paystack, bank transfer, or cash).

2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will result in a 50% charge of the total fee.
No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the full booking amount.

3. Studio Usage Rules
Clients must arrive and leave at their scheduled times. Extra time will be billed accordingly if available.
A 15-minute buffer is provided between sessions for setup/cleanup. Staying beyond your time without approval will incur charges.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the shooting area unless agreed upon in advance.
Smoking and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

4. Equipment & Facilities
Standard studio equipment (lights, backdrops, props, etc.) is included in the rental unless otherwise stated.
Any additional gear (cameras, lenses, makeup stations, etc.) can be rented at extra cost.
The client is responsible for handling all equipment with care. Any damage or loss will be charged at replacement cost.

5. Liability & Responsibility
McB Studio Rentals is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during studio use.
Clients are responsible for their team, guests, and third parties they bring into the studio.
Children under 18 must be supervised at all times.

6. Media & Content
Clients retain full rights to the media they produce in the studio.
McB Studio Rentals reserves the right to use behind-the-scenes photos or videos (with client consent) for promotional purposes.

7. Termination of Session
The studio reserves the right to end a session without refund if the client engages in misconduct, damages property, or breaches these
